CAMCSI is pleased to announce a double lecture and reception on April 24 at the Willis Library Forum!

Catch Dr. Sheila Blair at 4 pm as she gives her lecture, "By the Pen: The Art of Writing in Islamic Art".

Stay to hear Dr. Ussama Makdisi speak at 5:30 pm on his topic, "The Invention of Sectarianism as a Problem of the Middle East".

Light refreshments will be served from 5-6 pm. Come to one or both of these great lectures, sponsored by the Aga Khan Council for Central United States, Global Studies Faculty Seminar and the Contemporary Arab and Muslim Cultural Studies Institute (CAMCSI).
