Accelerated French in Pau, France!

Travel Dates: May 31-July 4, 2014 (Summer 5WK 1)

Courses offered: FREN 2040/2050

Prerequisite: FREN 1020 or equivalent

Students will:

• Earn 6 hours of credit in 5 weeks and complete their language requirement
• Immerse themselves in the culture and language of France
• Study during the week and travel on the weekend including (most excursions included in program cost):
  • 4 days in Paris
  • Visit Le château de Pau- the birthplace of Henri IV of France
  • Overnight visit to Toulous, a gaulois village and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (medieval village)
  • Experience life in Pau, the capital of the Pyrenees-Atlantiques, which encompasses the Basque and the Bearn people

• Wednesday, October 16 at 2 pm in LANG 402
• Thursday, October 24 at 3 pm in LANG 313
• Monday, November 11 at 3pm in LANG 402
• Tuesday, November 18 at 2pm in LANG 402
