Hourly Student Worker Postions:

If you are an undergraduate student with excellent skills in a language that we teach, you may be able to put those skills to good use while earning a paycheck and getting great experience!

Tutoring

We employ tutor for each language we teach here at UNT. The department has a tutoring room where students enrolled in any language course may come for tutoring. For current openings, please check the job board on Handshake.

Undergraduate Teaching Assistants

We employ talented junior and senior undergraduate students as paid teaching assistants for some of our courses. For current openings, please check the job board on Handshake.

  • You can also contact the coordinator for the language you would like to help teach. Contact information of each language coordinator can be found on the main webpage listed under the Undergraduate tab.
  • Because we have graduate programs in French, those positions are usually assigned to our graduate students, but there is occasionally a need for an undergraduate TA to help with a class or two.
